Planned modification of CRa’s legal structure

Planned modification of České Radiokomunikace’s legal structure

Prague, June 15, 2011:  Following the acquisition by Macquarie-managed funds of Česke Radiokomunikace (CRa), the company will make planned modifications to its legal structure by changing the organisation ID number. Recent claims by E15 that CRa will disappear as a result of these changes are incorrect.

CRa submitted the request for the organization ID to the registration court on June 13, 2011. The whole process is considered a normal formal legal transformation and is in accordance with the law on transformation of companies and cooperatives, in which a merger between Ceske Radiokomunikace and its majority shareholder Morava Czech Communications Holdings a. s. occurs. At the time of  the merger CRa terminates and all employees and assets of CRa will pass to the successor company, Morava Czech Communications Holdings.  The business name of the company will also change to the trade name „Ceske Radiokomunikace“ on the date of the merger.

The only impact of the modification is a change in the organisation ID. The company name and logo will not change and all contracts remain valid. The company will be re-registered in the Business Registry in August 2011. CRa will then inform all of its customers, suppliers and other business partners of this change.

All of CRa’s business activities continue and will be supported and further developed by the Macquarie-managed funds. The new owners are committed to working with CRa to continue to invest in high quality broadcast and telecommunication infrastructure for the Czech Republic .
